  • Engineered digital strategies and owned execution to increase eCommerce and retail sales and enhance the end-to-end customer experience across digital touchpoints.

  • Managed a team of 4 (Social Media & Community Coordinator, Consumer Relations Associate, Digital Designer, and Paid Media Specialist) and agency/contractor resources to produce top results.

  • Launched the brand on Instagram Reels and TikTok with enhanced creative, generating 1MM+ organic views and 2x fan growth.

  • Managed e-commerce business and oversaw website updates. Partnered with the Brand team and agencies to develop landing pages, enhance digital content, and optimize user experience.

  • Developed and created a system to update production information regularly and ensure alignment across internal and external communication channels, in collaboration with the Commercialization Manager.

  • Measured and reported on performance and assessed against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Identified trends and insights, and optimized performance and spend based on insights.

  • Collaborated with HR and Senior Leadership to create the company’s first Justice, Equity, Diversity, Accessibility, and Inclusion (JEDAI) strategy and made recommendations on how to implement it across digital channels.

  • Supported marketing presence at digital events, including managing creative asset development, writing copy for key messaging points, and acting as a liaison for partnerships related to digital content. 

  • Evaluated emerging technologies and provided thought leadership and perspective for adoption as related to business objectives.
